If you’re new to the gym, you may see lots of cute workout attire this time of year (hey, we’ve all got goals!), but don’t dismiss it as women who think too highly of themselves. Workout style is important and I tell you why in this video (and what it really is). The main things you want to focus on:
- Comfy yoga pants that aren’t too tight at the waist (yoga fold-over band is ideal)
- Comfy shirt or tank that isn’t too baggy or too tight
- Comfy and supportive sports bra
- Shoes that fit! (points if they’re cute, but go for fit first!
Note the word “comfy”… you don’t usually have to sacrifice style for comfort nowadays, so look for clothes you love!
